Learn from the experts
The LIBA Louisville Local Business Expo will also feature three highlighted members of the community as special guest speakers. Each speaker will discuss their skills and success to inspire those in attendance.
Madison Cork of Cork Communications will take the floor at 1:30 p.m. as the event’s first guest speaker. Cork’s presentation, “The Storyteller in You,” will focus on the importance of communication through business. As a professional public speaker herself, Cork will share some opportunities to enhance your own communication skills and become a better storyteller.
Kentucky Shakespeare’s Matt Wallace will follow Cork with his presentation, “Turning the Ship Around,” at 2: 30 p.m. Wallace currently holds the position of producing artistic director at Kentucky Shakespeare and has drastically transformed the theatre company during his years of service. The company, which was once on the verge of calling it quits, is now thriving more than ever thanks to Wallace’s focus on core business principles. Don’t miss his insight during this special event.
Last but certainly not least, Darnell Ferguson of Louisville’s SuperChefs restaurant will close out the event with his presentation, “Being Your Own Super Fan,” at 3:30 pm.
